I help recreational and amateur athletes with a passion for swimming, cycling and running amongst other activities, to optimise their athletic performance and recovery by increasing their strength, flexibility, stability and mobility.

PILATES DISCOVERY SESSION

New to Pilates then The DISCOVERY Session is for you!  This 1:1 session includes postural analysis to gather information that will enable us to agree your Pilates training programme. Your programme will be unique to you, supporting your current abilities and challenges whilst inspiring and helping you to make further gains in strength, flexibility, mobility and stability.

1:1 sessions structured towards your particular needs and requirements.  These sessions are designed around you and for you and support your sporting performance and functional day to day life. They centre around improving control and precision, with increased strength, stabilty, mobilty and flexibilty.

PILATES FOR SPORT

Wednesday 7.45pm & Friday 7.00pm - call to book.

These popular sports specific classes provide strength and conditioning exercises underpinned with mobilisation and flexibilty segments ensuring you are fit for what you train for.  As part of your training programme  Pilates can help you train better for longer, improving athletic performance, resiliance and recovery post training or race.  All of the classes at Pilates For Performance coordinate breathing with physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and helping participants gain mind and body control.

WELLBEING CLASSES

Tuesday 9.30am & 7.30pm

Thursday 7.30pm - call to book.
